Setting up your account is easy!
- Download the Groovey app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Open the app and register using your email address, phone number, or social media account.
- Follow the prompts to complete your profile and start scheduling your tasks right away!
You can pay using multiple options such as credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or digital wallets. Simply select your preferred payment method during the checkout process on the app or website.
We want you in our journey. If you have opted for a yearly plan, then we will prorate on the months used and refund the remaining amount. We strongly feel you shouldn't leave us unless we are too bad at what we are doing.
Refunds are processed as per our refund policy.
- Submit a refund request via the app or email our support team at [email protected].
- Include your transaction details and reason for the refund.
- Our team will review your request and process the refund within 3-4 business days if eligible.
