On the user's request and after going through a proper authentication process.
- Groovey is not responsible for any loss of data or damage caused to the user's device due to their own negligence or misuse of the app.
- Groovey reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user's account without prior notice for any violation of the terms and conditions or any unlawful activity.
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and keeping their account information up-to-date.
- The users' data is disabled (encrypted) and invisible unless anyone has the enabled(Decryption) code. The decryption code is accessed only upon internal approval and is not available outside of Groveey.
- Groovey is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or any other damages or losses resulting from the user's usage of the app.
- In the event of any dispute arising, the user agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in the state where Groovey is registered.
APPLICABLE LAW
- This privacy policy shall be governed by the laws of the state where Groovey is registered without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
